Message Management
You can customize some of the messages Round Robin shares with your users and your channels using the dashboard.
To reach that section, use the Options button in the rotation details page and choose Templates.

In the Messages section, you can customize two different groups: Channel Messages and User Messages.

For each message, you can provide a template and decide whether to enable the custom template (for example, you can disable customisation temporarily while keeping the customised template in place for future use). As usual, you can use replacement tokens to customize your messages and directly see the result in the blue box below the template.
If the template customization is enabled, and no message is provided, that message type will not be sent.
