Message Management

You can customize some of the messages Round Robin shares with your users and your channels using the dashboard.

To reach that section, use the Topics/Templates button near the rotation name in the rotation details page.

In the Messages section you can customize the following templates:

• On Duty (channel)
• Incoming Duty (user)
• On Duty (user)
• Incoming Off Duty (user)
• Off Duty (user)

For each message, you can provide a template and decide if you want to enable the custom template or not (for example, you can disable the customisation temporarily while keeping the customised template in place for future use). As usual, you can use replacement tokens to customize your messages, and directly see the result in the blue box below the template.

Independently from the checkbox status, if the provided template is empty the default standard message will be sent.
