What are the limitations of the Free plan?
The Free plan limits you to two rotations and eight users. If you exceed those limits, the rotations will pause until you return to the plan's limits. You will not be able, as well, to rotate manually.
How are users counted in the Pro plans?
In the Pro plan, rotations are unlimited and free.
in the monthly-based plan, you will be charged monthly for the maximum number of users you had across all your rotations during your last billing cycle (1 month).

Remember that a billing cycle starts the day you upgrade to the Pro plan and doesn't necessarily start at the beginning of the solar month.
It doesn't matter how many users exist in your workspace. You pay for the users in rotation and nothing else. If you have 20 users in rotation in a workspace with a thousand users, you will still pay for 20.
In the yearly plan, charge happens at the beginning of the yearly cycle, and the number of user is fixed. If you bought 20 users, the user limit will apply and Round Robin will stop working if you are using more users than you plan allows.
What is the price of the Pro plan?
Pro plan costs 2.5 EUR per user per month or 27 EUR per year.
Should I pay for all users?
Yes. If you upgrade to the Pro plan, you must pay for all your users in rotation, even if you have less than 8.
Can I change the plan?
You can change your plan at any time. If you downgrade to Free, you will only pay for the remaining billing cycle following the standard Pro rules, and then you will switch back to free.
